FAQ
I Am Not Good At Posing, Will You Direct Me?
Not everyone is a natural in front of the camera, but you don't have to be to look great in your photographs! Most of the people I photograph aren't professional models and I have helped them pose in many of their photos. I will guide you throughout the photo session to help you look your best without making you feel awkward, or the poses feel forced.
How much Retouching Do You Do?
For Weddings, I edit the exposure and tones (colors) of the images, but I stay true to your skin tone. I refrain from making my clients' skin lighter/darker than how it already is.
Do You Send RAW/Unedited Files?
No, I do not send out RAW files or unretouched images. When we work together, you are choosing me for my work on camera as well as in post, lots of work and care goes into making your photos look stunning!
What's Your Payment Structure?
In order to secure your wedding date, a nonrefundable deposit (20% of the agreed upon price) will be due within one week of signing the wedding photography contract. The rest of the payment will be due a month before the wedding day. You may also pay in increments. However, if this payment structure is an issue for you let me know and we can work out a different agreement.
Do You Travel/Do Elopements?
Of course! However, prices may vary depending on how far away the venue is.
How Long Do I Have To Wait To Get My Photo Gallery?
I send out sneak peeks from the wedding within 72 hours after they have been taken. The entire wedding gallery will be sent 8-10 weeks after the wedding date.
What Happens If I Need To Reschedule Or Cancel?
Sometimes things happen and we need to reschedule or even cancel. If for any reason you need to reschedule, let me know as soon as possible. If you have to cancel or reschedule the wedding within 6 weeks prior of the wedding date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. The initial deposit remains non-refundable. In the rare event, if I cannot perform due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or equipment failure, everything you have paid will be refunded.
